Ronald has supported the professional development of the Brazilian Insurance and Reinsurance industry over the past 40+ years. He has a unique practical understanding of both the global and local practices in digital operations and underwriting, risk management and compliance, marketing and distribution within the Life and P&C insurance sectors.

Ronald joined Control Consultoria, a leading consulting company within the insurance sector, as a Partner in 2013. Their main focus is providing strategic business planning for new company start ups, market entry strategies, product development and actuarial services for the local insurance market. Their clients include Mapfre, Sul America, Ohio National and NMG consulting.

Ronald previously worked for a number of global and local insurance companies in Executive positions including Scor GL, Sul America, Executivo Seguros, Transamerica Re and Munich Re.
